Our French Oak Is NOT Stuck In The Suez Canal!

After the week-long blockage of the vital trade route, the Suez Canal, reports of furniture, cattle and even, you guessed it, French Oak being stuck have raised concerns across the world.

Luckily, Cheneoak has NOT been affected by this. We always aim to ensure we have stock ready for our customers when they need it and, as such, we have plenty of French Oak on hand, ready to go.

But our reason for storing a large amount of stock is twofold. While our French Oak has been air and kiln-dried for 12 months before it arrives in Australia, storing it in our Australian-based warehouse allows it to further acclimatise before it gets installed in your home.

So, ready to start your project?
